On ne discutera pas de savoir si l’utilisation de ce drapeau sur le centre de formation de la Croix-Rouge italienne à Jesolo, à côté de Venise, était conforme aux Conventions de Genève, aux Protocoles additionnels et au Règlement sur l’usage de l’emblème. On retiendra plutôt une très belle photo de groupe du Pictet francophone 2003.
There will be no discussion as to whether the use of this flag on the Italian Red Cross training centre in Jesolo, near Venice, was in conformity with the Geneva Conventions, the Additional Protocols and the Regulations on the use of the emblem. Instead, we will remember a very nice group photo of the Francophone Pictet 2003.
